Ciao Pino coats are ethically made by contract sewers in Ontario, Canada.
How long does it take for the coats to be made?
Please expect 3 - 4 weeks for your coat order to be shipped out.
Does Ciao Pino ship internationally?

What payment methods does Ciao Pino offer?
Ciao Pino accepts all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, China Union Pay (CUP), Discover and Diners, and Japan Credit Bureau (JCB).
How does made to order work?
The coats are not produced in advance; coats are made once an order is received. Ciao Pino offers many sizes from size 000 up to size 40. To view the size chart please click here. Are Ciao Pino coats for men and women?
Ciao Pino's current collection are genderless unisex trench coats.
Are Ciao Pino coats visible at night?
Ciao Pino coats are visible to traffic at night. Ciao Pino designed reflective coats that can be worn everyday and cars will see you visibly in dark conditions. The coats are perfect for pedestrians in the city!
What is Ciao Pino's return policy?
Ciao Pino offers exchanges or store credit only. Ciao Pino does not accept refunds or order cancellations due to the nature of our made to order business model. If the coat was customized when ordering then the coat is final sale. The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping; however in the case of an exchange Ciao Pino will ship a new item to the customer free of charge. Does Ciao Pino offer a warranty for their coats?
Ciao Pino offers a 2 year warranty for every coat sold. Ciao Pino will gladly repair your coat for free to extend the life-wear of your coat. Ciao Pino will repair your coat if it is damaged due to normal wear and tear from continuous use. Ciao Pino's trench coat styles are dry clean only. Ciao Pino recommends finding a local eco-friendly dry cleaner. Ciao Pino also recommends spot washing the coat with cold water.
