We offer free standard shipping on all orders! At this time we ship within Canada and the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please note our shipping details below:

Duties

Additional duties and taxes may apply for international shipments upon arrival. Ciao Pino is not responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of duties. Shipping and duties are non-refundable. 

exchange policy

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit. Store credits do not expire. We accept exchanges within 15 days of receiving your shipment. We do not accept refunds or order cancellations due to the nature of our made to order business model. If the coat was customized when ordering then the coat is final sale. The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping; however in the case of an exchange we will ship a new item to the customer free of charge. In the case of a store credit the customer is responsible for all shipping fees, duties, and taxes associated with the return. Please email us at info@ciaopino.ca to get the process started.

The coat must be in brand new, unworn condition, with tags attached, in order to be returned. This means no scuffs, marks, or stains. If you have any questions about the condition of your return, please email us at info@ciaopino.ca.

We reserve the right to deny an exchange or return if the above conditions are not followed.

We please ask that you mail all returns in their original packaging when possible. We thank you in advance for avoiding the use of plastic packaging and mailers when completing your return.

Defective Merchandise

We pride ourselves on our quality and we take good care of every item that we ship to our customers. However if an item is found to be defective or damaged and you would like to exchange it for the same item please contact us as soon as possible. Please email our team at info@ciaopino.ca within 7 days of receiving your package. Once your exchange is approved you will be informed via email of the return instructions and the delivery date for the replacement item. We will exchange as quickly as possible without any fees.

Ciao Pino reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorizing the return. Ciao Pino reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Ciao Pino will not accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered for any reason. 

WARRANTY

We offer a 2 year warranty for every coat sold. We will gladly repair your coat for free to extend the life-wear of your coat and to reduce the amount of clothing that is thrown away.

 

We will repair your coat if it is damaged due to normal wear and tear from continuous use. This means ripped seams, defective zippers, or broken buckles. 

 

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, duties, and taxes associated with the repair.
