RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit only. Store credits do not expire. We accept exchanges within 15 days of receiving your shipment. We do not accept refunds or order cancellations due to the nature of our made to order business model. If the coat was customized when ordering then the coat is final sale. The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping; however in the case of an exchange Ciao Pino will ship a new item to the customer free of charge. WARRANTY
We offer a 2 year warranty for every coat sold. We will gladly repair your coat for free to extend the life-wear of your coat and to reduce the amount of clothing that is thrown away.
